Hello, my name is Dustin Buice and I will begin with the basic information for you to get to know me.
I started my early years in school at South Panola in Batesville, Ms. Half way through my 4th grade year at South Panola I moved to Water Valley with my mother and started going to Water Valley's school, which was not easy being introduced to this new place with new people. Although I managed to get comfortable with this change and made life long friends, I also found my life career through my English teacher when she introduced me to Base Camp Coding Academy while in my senior year at Water Valley High School. Until that point I had know clue what I was going to do when I graduated from highschool. I always spent my free time hunting, fishing, or working on my truck so I just assumed that I would be a mechanic when I grew up. When I heard about this Base Camp I instantly knew then that would be the best route in life for me to choose because I realized that everything in the world is changing to machines, even mechanic's would be replaced with a machine one day, so the best way for me to become a future mechanic, or anything else is to learn from this Base Camp how to code and become a computer developer.

My first work experience.
When I turned sixteen I got my first job at BTC in Water Valley, Ms. BTC is an old time grocery store/restaurant. There all I did was wash dishes, take food to tables, and clean up after serving hours were over. About one year into working at BTC I decided to get my own truck with the money I make there, which taught me how to manage my money and responsibility of taking care of the things that I work for. After graduating from high school and getting into Base Camp I got a second job at Cracker Barrel in Batesville, Ms, so work everyday either at BTC or Cracker Barrel. Yes, it is very hard going to school eight hours a day then work four more hours, but I realize that if you want to go somewhere in life then you have to work hard for it, and that is my motivation to get me to where I want to be in life.
Where I am now.
I graduated from Water Valley High School and am now currently going to Base Camp Coding Academy in Water Valley, Ms, above BTC (one place I currently work at). At Base Camp, at the moment, I have only learned python, html, and css. By the end of the year I will have learned serval other computer languages. Which then after the year is over I attend to use the knowledge I have gained from this school in the work-force associated with my knowledge.
Here are programs that I have made at Base Camp.
My goal in life is to have a job where I love what I do. Learning how to code and computer developing is very fun after you get the hang of it, and it doesn't break your back. So after I finish my year out at school I would like to find a job near Water Valley that I enjoy, and possibly stay until I retire. Of course money is always a question to ask when getting a job, but with being able to code and develop computer I can get a job that pays anywhere from around $50,000 to $120,000 a year. Imagine making that a year and compare it to the $11,000 I make a year working two jobs now, and with not even half as hard as work, that is my motivation. Get to a stable, easy work environment that will carry me through life with lots of opportunities ahead and no financial worries.
